About us:

Kruger started Krugertaxidermy trading as Marakalalo Pty Ltd after a stint of wildlife consultancy work on the Marakalalo range of farms in Southern Botswana.

He grew up in a hunting environment with hunting genes and love for nature inheritaed from a rich family background. His great grandfather possessed a farm in the now Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park between South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. Hi great grandfather’s house is today a museum inside the Transfrontier park.

Apart from his childhoof hunting activities for rock hyrax, game birdfs an small game, he has fourty two years of experience in hunting, wildlife management and conservation.

Our services:

Krugertaxidermy is a registered/licensed and specialized professional taxidermy facility that handles the full spectrum of taxidermy services.

Raw Preparation ( Dipping and Packing)

  • One of the main branches of the facility is to clean, disinfect and prepare raw animal products for export to a hunters’ taxidermist of choice around the globe.
  • The process is prescribed by The National Veterinary Services and complies to national and international requirements.
  • A Veterinary Health Certificate is issued for each trophy consignment.
  • Raw prepared trophies are packed and crated according to international animal health regulations.
